52 Condolea was a whole house remodel.  The house interior was taken "down to the studs" and rebuilt with all new surfaces - hardwood and tile floors, custom cabinets and hardware, granite and tile countertops, appliances, fixtures, windows, solid core doors, new plumbing (from pipes through fixtures), recessed lighting and light fixtures, cedar deck, skylights, etc.  The kitchen was moved to a new location (where the old dining room used to be), and the old kitchen
area was turned into the new dining room area.
